What Causes Pain During Intercourse?
I got tested for chlamdia and it came back positive I just had sex with my partner it s been 7 days since the tablets for me and 6 day since he has taken the tablets I still have pain during sex is this because I could still have it or could I get it again ?

Chlamydia can cause pelvic inflammatory disease which is an extension from cervix to internal reproductive organ and adjacent structures. This condition could be a cause for the pain during sex. Moreover other infections and conditions associated with Chlamydia infection(Yeast infection, Herpes infection or other ulcerative condition or a traumatic injury) can be a cause for pain during sex. Get examined. Along with investigations, find out the cause and get treated. Get well soon.
