I have had vaginal yeast like infection for three years. My swabs come back indicating no yeast present, PH level fine. Yet when nurse practitioner does a swab, there is clear evidence of what appears to be yeast on the swab. There is no itching. There are chunks that come out. There has also been a pink film like discharge from time to time. I keep saying that perhaps there are not testing for the correct things...........what else could it be that it similar to yeast in appearance. It is very very painful to engage in sexual intercourse. Thank you for your time and assistance. Mary
