Hello sir and welcome.

Options could include sexually transmitted infections, sexual abrasions from rough sexual intercourse, abrasions again from inadequate lubrication during intercourse, cysts, growths, abnormalities in the inner lining of the uterus, etc.

The list is quite long and it would be best to go ahead with the physical examination for a more accurate diagnosis and treatment accordingly. Hope this helps sir.

Best wishes.
