What Causes Pain During The End Of Urine Passing In A Child?
my five year old son is having pain at the end of urine. no fever and other issues. for this reason he is holding his urine also. a very few times his urine smells very bad. we did Urine DR & as per his Dr. leucocyte 7 /HPF but his Ultra Sound is okay and Urine Culture says No Uropathogen Isolated. any suggestions.

Hot seitz bath and application of Betnovate ointment to tip of penis will be helpful.
