What Causes Pain During Urination And Pink Discharge?
Hi, It started about two days ago: I was going to the bathroom and i was peeing normally until the very end. It hurt really bad at my 'down there' it was throbbing and there was a little pinkish stuff too. The pain was unbearable. I am very clean and I am a virgin. I have read it might be a UTI but I'm not sure. Also what should I do if I am embarrassed to go to my doctor about this?
To confirm this diagnose, you need to do an urine test. You can do it even at home.It is called a dip stick urine test. Depending from the results you might need a prescriptions of antibiotics (ex fluorquinolones).
Meanwhile here are some tips to help your body to recover faster: -have plenty of fluids 2-3 liters each day -fresh fruit and vegetables -don't hold your urine for long -1 or 2 cups of chamomile tea or rose tea
