What Causes Pain From Bottom Of Spine To Neck During Pregnancy?

I'm 37 weeks pregnant and since yesterday I have expierenced a throbing pain from the bottom of my spine up to my neck four times since yesterday evening. It lasts for a good half a minute or so and its only the spine that has a shooting pain that I call throbing. I'm wondering what this could be?
