General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

There are many medical conditions related to your symptoms.
I suggest to do an electrocardiogram to exclude a cardiac issue.
Another possible cause can be a neuralgia which can be treated with painkillers such as Ibuprofen to relieve the pain.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
