Hello Welcome in H.C.M. I have gone through your query regarding pain extending from throat to middle of chest. Though you have already consulted your doctors but still diagnosis is not confirmed and your problem is still persisting. As per your symptoms it appears as for reaching to correct pathology we should plan for- 1- Direct laryngoscopy. 2- Oesophagoscopy / upper G.I. endoscopy. 3- Bronchoscopy. All above are possible by your consultation with ENT doctor. So please consult your ENT doctor for the same and get treatment as to avoid further complications. Regards.
