What Causes Pain From Rib Cafe To Back And Left Arm?

I have a pain that is traveling. It started on my left side under my rib cage ten went thru to my back and then traveled up my back all on the left side. Then it went down my left arm to my forearm.. I wrapped my arm an it moved to my upper arm. It hurts really bad. Could it be part of lupus?

Hi,

As the pain is radiating in nature from the chest to the left arm and below it I think a cardiac assessment is needed. because this pain will indicate to any medical professional as a cardiac pathology. But then, this depends upon the past medical history, clinical findings and also the laboratory findings.

It's a good thought to get it checked out before coming to any virtual diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
