What Causes Pain From The Right Shoulder To The Ear?
I just learned I have a multi nodule thyroid goiter. I have to make an appointment with a specialist. My right shoulder up to my ear hurts and there is a little swelling in my shoulder. Could this be due to the goiter. It hurts worse since the ultrasound on this past Saturday?

It is not related to goitre. As the first line of management, you can take analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol for pain relief.
If symptoms persist you can consult an orthopedician and get evaluated.
