What Causes Pain In Abdomen After Tubal Ligation?

I ve had a tubal ligation 19 years ago,but now I m experiencing pain in my lower abdomen and top of my belly has a bump that just appeared 6 months ago and I keep having pregnancy symptoms but not. Could I be pregnant and it al always feel like something is more moving around in there too.

After tubal ligation there is a very faint possibility of pregnancy , but never the less you should have a urinary pregnancy test, if you had unprotected intercourse in past weeks .
