Hello,

Abdomen pain with difficulty in urination can be from various issues as
- urinary tract infection
- calculus in the urinary system
- others

Need plenty of liquids and urinary alkaliser as citro soda or potassium citrate for primary relief.

The secondary need of cause evaluation in terms of lab data and ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis with your nearby doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
