What Causes Pain In Abdomen With Dysentery?

Doctor ,I have mild stomach pain since last three days and today I have been facing dysentric type situation though my stools are normal as of,just that there is a bit undigested food material.Doctor,it would kind from your side if you can suggest any medicine and I am also having a gastric problem.Thankyou

Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. It appears that you are having acute infectious enteritis. I will suggest you to take a course of antibiotic like ofloxacin and an antispasmodic agent like drotavarine.I am a Gastroenterologist. I hope I have answered your query and this will help you .
