What Causes Pain In Abdomen?

Well my stomach has been hurting me lately and just a while ago I poked the left side of my stomach and it feels really hard and it s painful. I felt around further of my stomach and it s not hurting me as my left side so I don t know what this could be

I think that your symptoms are caused by an acute gastritis. Another possibility is peptic ulcer.

To determine the exact diagnosis you need an abdominal ultrasound, fibrogastroendoscopy, liver function test, complete blood count and urine test.

I recommend you to go to Emergency Room. Consult your gastroenterologist.
