What Causes Pain In Ankles Alongwith Sunburn Pain?

I got sunburned, and now, in addition to the pain I normally get from a sunburn, I have pain in both of my ankles at the medial ligament or the calf muscle. I have been searching the internet and found several other people who report having the same problem, except they also had swelling and inflammation, and I have neither of those symptoms.

I do not think that sun burn can cause such pain. Rather it can be ankle synovitis and ankle is such a joint that swelling is not always very obvious. I would suggest you to get a x ray and blood investigation like ESR and CRP to check what is going on. If there is any abnormality in he test then I would suggest you to take treatment accordingly.
