What Causes Pain In Anus After A Bowel Movement?

Hi, my anal area starts aching severely around ten minutes after doing morning bowel, then hurts all day but seems to lessen in evening. No other symptoms apart from feeling need to fart without actually farting. Def not anal fissure possibly anxiety?

Based on facts of your query, You seem to suffer from-
Anxiety with Fissure in Ano with Proctitis.
You need to check with Surgeon and get Proctoscopy to detect and confirm it.Other causes of anal pain after bowel movements need to be ruled out,like Colitis / IBD with Crohn's or Ulcerative Colitis with proctitis.
Don't worry, but do check up with Surgeon and get the treatment accordingly as suggested from him.
