Prolonged sitting with history of
constipation can lead to
Fissure in Ano, hemorroids,
pilonidal sinus, infected anal gland.
I would advise you to apply lignocaine anaesthetic ointment to be applied locally for pain relief.
You should avoid constipation by taking laxatives like
liquid paraffin or lactulose 30ml at bed time.
have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables with
dietary fiber supplement which will help by increasing roughage and facilitate in bowel evacuation.
Keep on changing your posture while sitting and take breaks in between.Use cushion while seated.
I will also advise you for sitz bath which you can take by placing your rear end in bathtub filled with lukewarm water for 5-10 minutes twice daily.
