What Causes Pain In Arm And Elbow?

I have a deep constant gnawing severe pain under my left armpit. left chest bone just above my left breast. Now the pain has spread to whole arm as well and moving to elbow. What is cause of this? I cannot sleep on any sides at all at night and in severe pain. I have had this for the last 1 week.

Is there any breathlessness associated. It might be having cardiac cause. Any sort of injury. It might be some soft tissue injury. Some heavy work done a few days back. It can be a muscular spasm.
Treatment includes NSAID's,Calcium and Methylcobalamine 15 Microgram a day.
