What Causes Pain In Armpit, Eye Balls And Head?

hello im 22 female i had a baby 2 months ago, im currently experiancing shooting pains in both my armpit, i have no lumps. i also have sharpe pains in my eye balls an sharpe pains in my head that comes 3 times a day, i get weakness where i have to sit down and feel shakey,ive had 2 periods scince child birth and they have been heavy and painfull, i felt more healthy before i had my baby ever scince i just havent felt right.

this can not be diagnosed without local examination. have gyne and obstetric check up general checkup may also be done. investigation like blood hemogram and BP examination may be done.
