What Causes Pain In Back After A C- Section?

Hi, This is Rupa, i got c section on 14th august, iam getting pain in the back(near ribs) and in front above abdomen every alternate days from the last 10 days, can i know the reason why iam getting this pain. so iam feeling uncomfort while giving milk to my child, please guide me regrading this.
