What Causes Pain In Belly Button?

Hello, a few days ago I started experiencing some pains in my belly button when I bend over or down it hurts even when I go to sit down. I've noticed that when I touch on the left side of my belly it really really hurts, and also that the left side of my belly button has a little lump and is also sore, please help

Your history of belly button pain on bending, sitting down, on pressure on the little lump on the left side of belly button indicates that you have para-umbilical obstructed hernia. The content is usually entrapped fat.
I would advise you the following:
Get a clinical examination done by a General Surgeon, high resolution ultrasonography to get a correct diagnosis and get operated if the hernia is confirmed.
