hello
welcome to hcm
from what you have described there are 3 possibilities

(1) URINARY TRACT INFECTION
(2) PROSTATITIS i.e inflammation and infection of the prostate gland
(3) STONE ANYWHERE IN THE URINARY TRACT i.e kidney, ureter, urinary bladder, urethra
(4) OBSTRUCTIVE UROPATHY i.e obstruction anywhere in the ureter, ureters are the two tube like structures which carries urine from the right and left kidneys to the urinary bladder
(5) URETHERAL STRICTURE,urethra is a tube like structure which carries urine from the urinary bladder to the outside of body,a narrowing of urethra anywhere along its length is called as uretheral stricture
(6) BENIGN ENLARGEMENT OF PROSTATE GLAND

i would advice you to get the following tests done to diagnose the underlying root cause for your symptoms --

(1) URINE COMPLETE ANALYSIS
(2) URINE CULTURE AND SENSTIVITY
(3) RFT's i.e renal function tests
(4) ULTRASOUND OF KIDNEYS/URETERS/URINARY BLADDER/PROSTATE/URETHRA
(5) INTRA VENOUS UROGRAPHY
(6) CYSTOSCOPY
(7) SERUM P.S.A

once you get these tests done, you can send us a scanned copy of your reports or else you can visit and consult a urologist who would perform a physical examination and will evaluate your clinical symptoms and test reports to make a precise diagnosis and will prescribe you appropriate treatment for curing the underlying cause
i hope you will find this information useful
