What Causes Pain In Both Legs Below Knee?

My mother has pain in both the legs below knee and in the feet. She has been provided medication as Maxgalin, Shelcal, cholcalciferol granules, MPm and McaM tabltets. For more than two months she is having her tablets still she has pain if she does any work otherwise no pain is there.

It could be muscular pain. As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.
