What Causes Pain In Breast?

Hi I have been getting pain in my left breast radiating to my shoulder and down my left hand. Also I squeezed my left breast and got just a tiny tiny droplet of discharge from it. My period is now finishing. Going to the GP tomorrow. What can this possibly be?

There seems to be a nerve inflammation in that area causing radiating pain in the hands,Anlgesics,physio,hot fomentation in shoulders should help.
