What Causes Pain In Breasts And Bloating Of Stomach After Unsafe Sex?

I had sex (he went in without a condom but didn t ejaculate or even come close to it as I stopped him) on April 18th the day my period ended. I had sex again the night of April 23rd morning of the 24th, he put a condom on after going in for a bit, and ejaculated in the condom. Two weeks later, I noticed the skin around my nipples seemed to be swollen/puffy but there was no pain or tenderness. Throughout the month of May, I had a cold and a few nose bleeds. I didn t get a period in May. However, I ve never had regular periods. My last period before the one I got in April was in November and before that the end of June. However, I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. On May 28th, I went to the doctor to get birth control pills to regulate my period. I started my first pack June 2nd. Throughout the month of June, my breasts seemed to increase in size and heaviness, and my stomach seemed to grow. I had sex again on June 14th with a condom. Every week in June, I took a Home test and they were always negative. On June 16th I went to a health clinic for a test, the urine test came back negative. The week before the placebo pills, my breasts started to have pain when applying pressure. I started spotting on June 24th and 25th and got a full on bleed on June 26th. It lasted until July 1st. During my period, the breast pain dyed down. On June 30th, I started my second pack of pills. On July 2nd, I woke up to tender/painful breasts again, and the pain didn t go away until July 22nd. I got a second bleed of July 23rd. I took a few more tests every week in July and faithfully they came back negative. However, I still feel like my stomach is growing and changing. My breasts, hips, and thighs are quite veiny. The week before my bleed in July, the montgomery glands seemed to be overly visible. They disappeared after my period though. Now in August, breasts haven t been painful nor have they grown. I felt skinnier for awhile, but a week later, I seemed to have expanded in the stomach. Is it bloat? Could I really be 4 months pregnant and still be getting negative tests?

Hello,

You had unprotected sex, presently you are experiencing pain in the breasts and bloating. After you started taking birth control pills in May you had menstruation in June and also in July. Your pregnancy tests are also negative. Your question is, could you be 4 months pregnant and still be getting negative tests. Once you conceive, you do not get menstruations, Your periods stop. You were on birth control pills, if you were taking the pills everyday on the same time, then your chances of getting pregnant is low.

However, you are suggested to get clinically examined by an OBGYN, get per vaginal examination done to detect bulky uterus. Get USG (Uterus and Fallopian tubes) done to detect ectopic pregnancy. You will be accordingly treated. If you are detected not to be pregnant then you will have to go through a few more tests and investigations done to find out the pathology causing you symptoms. In the meantime, take food rich in fiber for better bowel movement. Avoid constipation. Take adequate fluids, do not skip meals, stay away from fried, spicy, oily food to reduce chances of acid reflux and gastritis.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
