Hello,
You had unprotected sex, presently you are experiencing pain in the breasts and
bloating. After you started taking birth control pills in May you had
menstruation in June and also in July. Your
pregnancy tests are also negative. Your question is, could you be 4 months pregnant and still be getting negative tests. Once you conceive, you do not get menstruations, Your periods stop. You were on birth control pills, if you were taking the pills everyday on the same time, then your chances of getting pregnant is low.
However, you are suggested to get clinically examined by an
OBGYN, get per vaginal examination done to detect bulky uterus. Get USG (Uterus and Fallopian tubes) done to detect ectopic pregnancy. You will be accordingly treated. If you are detected not to be pregnant then you will have to go through a few more tests and investigations done to find out the pathology causing you symptoms. In the meantime, take food rich in fiber for better bowel movement. Avoid
constipation. Take adequate fluids, do not skip meals, stay away from fried, spicy, oily food to reduce chances of
acid reflux and
gastritis.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
