Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi,
This is Dr Sameer, cardiologist.
The type of pain & things you are telling suggests you had a injury to that area.
It does not look like a cardiac symptom.
Get a X Ray of the area which is paining. Also get a 2D Echo done to rule out any abnormality of heart.
After the XRay also meet a orthopedics doctor.
I can also be available for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
Regards
Dr Sameer Maheshwari
