What Causes Pain In Chest And Upper Back Along With Dizziness?

I have been having slight chest pain on my left center under my left breast, dizzy when I stand up & extremely tired with a slight headache & sore eyes, ringing in the ears, I also have pain on my back opposite the pain in my chest is there any connection to all these ailments?

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion you should immediately consult cardiologist and get done
1. Blood pressure monitoring
2. ECG
3. 2d echo
4. Stress test (if needed).
Your symptoms like chest pain on left sided with upper back pain, dizziness etc can be seen in cardiovascular causes like hypotension, angina or heart attack.
So above mentioned Investigation are needed in your case to rule out cardiac cause.
If all are normal than no need to worry much for cardiac cause.
You may have stress and anxiety related symptoms.So avoid tension and be relax and calm.
