Hi, I noticed the other day after my yoga practice a pain in my right chest muscle group The pain has since grown and now also is present on the right side of my back behind my right shoulder blade. The pain is bad enough that there is discomfort when I take deep breaths
Hello,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you are suffering from muscular pain due muscle streching after yoga practice. Treatment of it is rest and analgesics (diclofenac three times a day after meals). Muscle relaxant such as thiocolchicoside can be of help. Vitamin B-complex and Vitamin C supplementation can used to promote healing. However you can get his chest x ray done to exclude bony pain. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query. Take care.
