What Causes Pain In Chest Whenever I Move My Shoulders Back?
I have been have pains in my chest for the past week now. I thought at first it may have just been bruised or something... But it is consistent. It hurts whenever I move my shoulders back or towards my fron, when I laugh, and do other physically demanding things. The pain is getting worse, and I am concerned.
I have gone through your query and understand your concern, the chest pain you are describing is most likely due to muscular spasm due to sudden heavy exercise like lifting heavy weights, abnormal sleep posture resulting in persistent muscle contraction due to the spasm. My suggestion will be hot fomentation at the affected site, application of topical analgesic like volini gel to relieve the pain, and a medication like myospaz forte containing chlorzoxazone for the relief of skeletal muscle spasm once a bedtime. Avoid strenuous activity till the pain subsides. Don't worry, you will be fine in few days.
Apart from this just to rule out any other cause you can get an ECG and some blood tests done. Hope you find my answer useful.
