What causes a zinging pain from clitoris to lower left abdomen? Just started two days ago with nothing to stimulate it. unknown cause. I do not have any discomfort when urinating. It even got painful today while I was driving and my clothes rubbed it wrong, then it flares up for awhile. I cannot physically see any redness or swelling and it feels deep under the skin, like a nerve. I am 40 years old and healthy. Last pap was abnormal but I was told it was nothing to worry about. HX of kidney stones several years ago but this does not feel like it is in the urinary region, feels just above that in clitoris region.
