Hi,

Pain in the clitoris with discharge after urination is indicative of infection. (Vaginal yeast infection, STI). Though pain can be caused due to rough sex, skin irritations, rashes, friction/abrasion during sex.

Visit ER, get examined, get all tests for STD done. You may need antibiotics & antivirals. Avoid multiple partners, perform safe sex always. For pain take Advil.

Use Aloe Vera based moisturizers to keep the genital area moist & comfortable. Take care of your hygiene & wear cotton clothes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
