What Causes Pain In Ear After Wax Removal Procedure?

Hi, Before couple of days, I felt block or fullness kind of feeling in my left ear. When I consulted with a doctor, he said it s because of the cough. And they removed excess wax from my right ear. Couple of hours after the procedure, I felt dizzy and had vomiting sensation. I felt pain during the procedure. And even after a day of the procedure, I feel pain in my right ear in which the procedure was done and nauseous feel now and then.
