Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you may be having muscular pain in your groin area. Another possibility is that there can be limph nodes enlargement. Your CT scan came normal. You can get your MRI of area done as it tell more about soft tissue involvement. In muscular pain however all investigation will be normal. Treatment of muscular pain is rest and analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Vitamin B and C is helpful in recovery. You can discuss with your Doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.
Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
