What Causes Pain In Groin During And After Ejaculation?
I have had this pain in my right groin area kind of where all your lymph's are for a long time. It happens right before I ejaculate and after. The pain and discomfort remains after for a while or sometimes feels aggravated all day. Its almost like a cramping pinching feeling while I ejaculate and after. even limp from it sometimes.

Mostly urinary tract infections, particularly if it has reached to prostate resulting in prostatitis can cause a painful ejaculation. This pain may be felt during or after the process of ejaculation. As prostate gland produces the fluid (semen) that nourishes or transports sperms and hence a feeling of painful ejaculation.
This pain and discomfort may be felt in the area of perineum, peri-urethral region in penis or groin area as well as area of anus or buttocks. You are advised to go for a culture and sensitivity of urine and treatment accordingly. Some times culture of prostatic fluid may also be needed for the complete treatment of this condition particularly if urine culture is negative or the problem is not resolved after treatment of UTI.
