What Causes Pain In Hand And Wrist After An Injury?
I fell 3 weeks ago and broke the fall with my right hand. Three weeks later my hand and wrist still hurt. Simple chores like housework are painfully to my right hand. I had x-rays done and they came back with nothing broken. I am a right handed person. Why are and tasks with my right hand still painful?

From what I can assume from your description is that you are having a soft tissue injury of your right hand.
It’s something like your skin and muscle are injured and not bone. Usually, it takes around 3 weeks for these injuries to heal.
I recommend you to wait for one more week and if the pain does not come down, to consult your doctor and get one more x-ray done. Get well soon.
