What Causes Pain In Heel And Ankle While Walking?

Hi my name is Esther my left heel and inside of my ankle has been painful to walk on for a few months.the inner part of my ankle feels like it is tearing on the inside when I have to walk and right now the heel of my foot feels like there is something poking me and it hurts a lot when I have to walk. Even if I rest the foot when I have to walk on it the pain is still there

Hi welcome to health care magic . After going through your query I think there is planter fascitis. You need stretching exercise of planter fascia, analgesics , hot and cold water therapy, and silicone heal in foot wear. Hope your query has been answered .Thanks.
