Hi,

As mentioned by you in the history I feel this Popping is due to the SI Joint dysfunction. Using hot water fermentation and taking rest should heal in 2-3 days of time.

In case your pain symptoms don't reduce and the nature of pain is like tingling, numbing, etc., than it should be related to disc prolapse which may occur due to bending of the spine.

For this we need a physical examination and an MRI to see the extent of the soft tissue injury. Please take rest and use hot water fermentation for now.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
