What Causes Pain In Hips?
I am a 41 year old white male.About lunch yesterday, I had sudden pain in my right hip that radiated down my leg. Pain is still there 24 hours later. Noticed some swelling in my foot earlier. I suffer from avascular neucrosis (have had a hip replacement in my left hip.)

as you have AVN of hip, it is usually bilateral, one hip you have got operated, there can be damage inside to the articular area/ in the hip, try some analgesics like cap. indocap sr twice daily. you need to undergo total hip replacement to this hip also for you to be relieved of the pain.
