Hi,
i fell of my skateboard and landed on my knee. There was an instant pain in my knee and leg, like hitting the funny bone in your arm. There is no bruising and no swelling, however i could not bend my knee backwoods and whenever i try i feel a sharp cramping pain behind my knee running from the bottom of my hamstring down to my calf. There is no pain when my leg is straight. I can push down hard on any part of my knee and leg and will feel no pain but as soon as a bend my knee backwoods the pain is unbearable.
please help i have absolutely no idea what is wrong, thank you!
