Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Pain In Knee Due To Excessive Masturbation?
Because of excess masterbeding I had got a problem in my knee.I think its due to mastetbed without lubricate. There is s sound in my left knee. And walking problem is available.I have stopped it.I am 24.It was started from last 10 month.Calcium problem is it or joint problem. If both please help me.Give me the name of some medicine
I do not think that it is related to masturbation. Masturbation is a safe sexual activity and it does not cause any weakness or joint pain. I would suggest you to change your position. if your pain increases then I would recommend you to get MRI of the knee joint to find out if it is chondromalacia patellae . As some time in young people there is softening of knee cartilage which causes such pain. I would also recommend you to meet a physiotherapist and start doing static quadriceps exercises.
