What Causes Pain In Knee While Sitting For Long Duration?
My left knee hurts after I ve been sitting for a while with it bent and then I stand up. It doesn t happen if I elevate my leg while sitting and keep the knee straight (on a footstool) and it goes away quickly as I start walking. This just started about a week ago. I have NEVER had knee problems before.

It may be a case of early osteoarthritis you need analgesic and mainly isometric quadriceps exercise for knee
