I tore my acl and have had surgery on it a year ago. My sister and I were playing around and she pushed my leg all the way back to where my knee was bent into an uncomfortable position. Now my knee feel alot of pain whenever I try to straighten it but it doesn't hurt while bended. Could you give some advice as to what might have happened and what I should do. Also, I have no swelling.
