Hi, Whenever I squat down to do something I don t have any pain. When I go to get up from the squat my knee pops loudly, and I have a sharp pain. It doesn t really hurt all the time, just when I squat. What causes this and should I be worried? Thanks

Poor posture during squatting can cause of pain,Arthritis (rhuematoid arthritis,osteoarthritis),Ligament tear,soft tissue injury may be cause of pain that time.So you should consult orthoapeadic doctor and Physiotherapist.They will treat you or advice you properly.
