What Causes Pain In Left Abdomen And Left Testicle?

i am 27 year old man. still virgin. My excitement towards masturbation has reduced compared to what it use to be. I do masturbate to release the tension but its short and tiring and the experience is not great anymore. I don't masturbate the popular way. I have been doing it by rubbing my penis against something. I must be masturbating for about 15 years in the same fashion, I tried to do it the normal way but could not succeed. Quite often I have soft pain in my left abdominal and left testicle. Is there a problem? please help

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Unsatified Arousal with Overindulgence in Masturbation-
As you are still unmarried virgin,the unsatisfied arousal with hyperciculation in testes,with subclinical Varicocele is the possible cause of left abdominal pain and left testicle.Other causes like sigmoid Colitis/ IBS-C/or D/Orchitis-epididymitis-viral need to be kept in mind.
USG scrotum and Colour doppler study of left testicle- would fix the cause.
If you dealt your health issue in the way suggested above,this would help you a lot in resolving your case.
