What Causes Pain In Left Elbow, Lower Right Back ?

im 19 years old and i am constanly getting sharp intermitten pains in different parts of body im constantly getting this dull aching pain in my left elbow and my right hand i dont know what it is but it comes and go ever so often i get pains in my lower right back im really scared and i dont know what else to do

Hello,

Regarding your question these pains can be due to Vitamin D3 deficiency, Thyroid hormone dysfunction, stress and nutritional deficiencies so I would recommend you to do some tests including ESR, Calcium, Uric acid and Vitamin D3 levels for evaluation.
