What Causes Pain In Left Shoulder Blade And Armpit?

My symptoms are upper mid back to left shoulder blade pain pertruding under my left arm pit. It burns and throbs all the time. I ve seen the doctor twice in the last three weeks. I stretch and excercise lightly so it wont hurt. I ve used cold and warn compressors. Pain relievers are not working. After falling asleep it wakes me up at night. What is this? What else can I do?

the pain between shoulder blades could stem from internal organs also, so please consult a general surgeon, to get investigated on these lines, As far as your shoulder goes we would need an examination followed by MRI to see the cause, My reason to first send you to a surgeon is to rule out the dreaded causes first.
