I have an ache in my left shoulder blade upper back area and under my left breast. It has been hurting 2-4 days it has waken me up. It is uncomfortable but tolerable. I did have cancer in my right breast/lymph nodes. It mestastatic into cancer in my back, right pelvic, and in my lumbar region. I have low to normal blood pressure. I recently had a bone scan on my entire body and did not show signs of cancer. Any thoughts on what this could be?
Check your bone strength with DEXA SCAN and you can start medication according to level of osteoporosis, You need to start supplement of calcium with vitamin D, vit B12, I will advise you to do regular physiotherapy and exercises as my patients find much relief by these therapies.
You need to take diet rich in calcium and vitamin D. PET SCAN may be helpful.
