OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

This pain could be due to some spinal problem which is radiating to certain area that is along its nerve roots. Usually these kind of pain will be more during periods due to hormonal changes which makes changes in the bone to some extent. Consult an orthopedist once. Other than that if there is a fibroid or a big enough ovarian cyst then it could also cause pain. Take a pelvic scan first, if it is normal then consult a orthopedist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
