What Causes Pain In Left Side Of Lower Abdomen And Groin?

I had a PAP smear last week, I thought I had recurring bacterial vaginosis. My doctor told me I didn t have any infections at all and that we will see what the test results say. When I got home, I douched with a baking soda water mixture once a day for four days. It cleared up the discharge and smell, but now I have a dull aching pain on the left side of my lower abdomen and groin area. Its a throbbing radiating pain. My pap results came back abnormal as well, and I have an appointment for a cervical biopsy. Whats going on?
