What Causes Pain In Left Side Where Fibroid Is After Taking Norethisterone?

I am taking norethisterone 5mg tablets to prolong a period while I am on holiday. I am 56 and still have periods but i also have a fribroid and since starting the tablets 2 weeks ago i have a pain down my left side where my fribroid is and wont go away. The fribroid use to give me pain just before my period was due.

Depending upon the size of fibroid further management depends, if it is small one then take analgesics for pain as you will attain menopause soon.
